HOW TO BE A LISTENER WHEN YOU WANT TO SCREAM.
Your loved one is being WOUNDED and you need to contain yourself.
WOW, what a thunder. lightning and rainstorm we had here in the Chicago area Sunday night. I rarely see lightning where I’m living in California. I had forgotten how intense it can be. I ran and jumped into bed with my little sister. She’s 61 and I’m 74. It reminded me of when we were kids, I’m so glad to be here with her right now. I love her a lot, not to say we don’t have our differences because we do. I feel at home in IL much different than I feel in CA.
Take a deep breath and let the scream out through your breath instead of your vocal cords.
Make notes upon reviewing the days events where you may have over stepped your boundaries or someone elses and make amends if you feel uneasy.
Listen with your heart as opposed to your mind. You’ll never figure these events with your mind when it involves choices people make that seem out of character or irrational.
Ask you mind to work more closely with its heart partner to bring a better understanding of possible Karmic insights to events occuring and reach deep into your soul for possible novelty solutions.
Share insights that you bring to table that perhaps have been hidden during your own journey that help both people to understand one another easier.
